Continuity and reliability of service

MM are reliable. We never worry about a "missed day". The cleaning teams do a wonderful job getting our home in order, especially when my husband is home alone while I travel. They really "pick up" for him and accommodate his mobile handicaps.

The employees are very careful as we have items which are on display and breakable. Mirrors and glass are usually very clean and streak free which is very difficult from personal experience. The people who clean our home have always been professional.

Friendly but professional crew members. Listened to what we wanted (or didn't want).

I like that the Maids dress professionally, are courteous, and come to work, not talk and are trained to be expert cleaners. I have found all the products they use to suit my needs, never leaving streaks or too much build up on furniture.

I like every thing, but I do wish you would still empty all the wastebaskets and garbage. Why did you stop doing that?

The ladies are so friendly and caring. I feel like they are taking care of my home as if it were their very own. They were so hard and when they leave my house is sparkling clean. I sometimes think that the house looks just great before they come and then they come and I realize there is so much more to do. When they're gone I am so happy and content. For so many years I clean my house and took care of my family and other needs. And now I have some wonderful help and can relax and enjoy my life. Thank you Merry maids

the attention to detail is great. we are still noticing areas that were cleaned that haven't been touched in a long time.......the products that were used did a fantastic job, our home feels, smells, & looks clean. I have been a long time customer and generally love everything that is used and the quality of the work. However, recently I have noticed a really sparkling glass shower door. Whatever the product is, I like it!!

I like everything about your services. I epecially like my Merry Maids - especially Sarah! and Katey - I know one of them isn't with you anymore BUT both do a great job. I think Katey left. So Sarah is my choice each time.

Last week 7/25/14 there was a little work for me to finish - the small ultility room/bathroom, the corners in the bathroom were missed and on marble entry way, I found the floor corners missed as I found a tiny spider web in 2 corners and just dust/dirt in entry way remaining corners.

I just cleaned the corners all in the 2 rooms (no big deal - I have a lot of "off" days myself.

99.9% of the time everything is done just the way I like it. PLEASE I DO NOT want any one to get into trouble. Things happen - that is life!

I just have a "thing" about the floors. :)

I WANT Sarah to be my Cleaner all the time, if possible. She is wonderful.

The staff are very professional and are on time.

We are always very pleased with the results of the Merry Maids' visits. Everything is clean and fresh.

Everything except one thing was perfect. The vacuuming needs to be a little better, especially between the couch and end table.
