We especially like the vacuum and products used to oil our cabinets and furniture. The care and excellent knowledge of appropriate skills to clean a variety of surfaces and or materials. It is always good to know that the housekeeping staff has a copy of the cleaning requests and products submitted by the owners and that they will use the exact or similar product to clean surfaces. Coming home to well cleaned home cleaned by skilled staff, having a complete and brief report of exactly what rooms and the focus on particular areas or surfaces is enjoyable and confidence building. We have found that some employees of MM do an excellent job, listen carefully and ask questions for clarification to enable them to clearly understand our needs and ensure that they can clean our home to meet our needs. These employees have also been able to clarify the services that they have been trained to provide and those requests that we must get agreement to provide from Management. We sincerely appreciate this communication.
