Cheerful efficiency

We were very pleased with the thoroughness of the cleaning and the delightful personalities of the ladies. We were surprised that their supervisor came to check their work and inquiry about our satisfaction. We look forward to having them back on a regular basis.

I may be the exception but I don't particularly like some of the products that Merry Maids uses. For my Kitchen and Bathroom I ask that my product of spray bleach be used for surfaces in those rooms. Also, for my furniture I ask that my pledge be used for polishing. They do a wonderful job! I particularly like the way they vacuum, they do a superb job!

You do a great job on putting things back in a very orderly mannner -- thisng I left in a mess are always clean and straight when I get back, very happy that the wooden blinds are very clean - not just a quick dusting. The kitch and bathroom are crucial of course and they always sparkle. Very pleased!

The cleaning is done well and efficiently.

They are careful to use the products we specify, so as to take hte bst care of our surfaces. (A previous company scratched the marble counter that I laid with my own hands, which made me very unhappy!)
Also, Merry Maids does a good job of communicating with us about when they'll be here, prices, etc., and if I do need to speak with one of the ladies when they're here, there is no language barrier, because at least one is very proficient in English.

My house is always truly clean when you are finished. I am especially pleased that you do more than just clean surface areas; many services, unfortunately, just push the dirt around, leaving grit against baseboards or furniture. You are careful with my precious furniture and the kitchen and bath areas. You do not use damaging, harsh products. My wood floors look spectacular when you leave. You always follow through. What more could anyone ask?

You do an excellent job cleaning my home, you do the blinds and the floors and evertything always looks neat and clean when you leave. I can trust that you will come on time, do the work well and leave my home locked and secure.

I like that they had their own supplies to clean a disinfect and went above and beyond the call of duty. Telina and her coworker were friendly, efficient, professional, and on time! I was most pleased by their work since I had been sick and the bathroom looked like a murder took place. The kitchen was full of grease but after they finished I actually could eat off of the kitchen & bathroom floor. Amazing work. If I hire Merry Maids again I am asking for those two.
