There has not been one missed appointment during my 5-6 years of your service. I like the smell in my home when I come in on cleaning day. It is not overly strong or offensive, but very pleasant. Whenever I have been here when the ladies arrived, they have always been very pleasant and friendly. I have had very little to complain about. If I do feel the need to call after a cleaning, the issue is quickly remedied. I find that very amazing.
