The workers are friendly, cheerful, and open to suggestions -- if there is need for specific issues [e.g. a cat has had a hairball, or upset stomach, and I have not been able to wash the spot after cleaning up the result,] they will take special care to make sure that the spot has been washed.

the workers have been very efficient & courteus. Some new ones are taking a while to get used to my large home and the routine.

My most favorite thing is that I don't have to clean!!!! All the maids are pleasant and work hard and do good jobs. However, There are a few like Sam who seem to do a little something extra. Glass is shinier, nooks and crannies cleaner etc.
The products have no odor. Services they were on time.
