I like how comfortable they (Sam) makes me feel when I ask her to work in a certain area or pay special attention to a room. The cinnamon smell lets me know mm's has been here.

Sam is very through and goes out of her way to please. The toilet cleaner is not very good but I keep "The Works" in the cabinet and Sam uses that. (She also likes cats :-))

Frankly, I like that I don't buy cleaning products any longer. I know that they are using products that get the job done.
My "Maids" have always been willing to work around changes in my schedule and make all accomodations for my husband.
