I do not know of the products used, but the services have been very good. I've cluttered my place, and the team has worked around it, leaving things as they were...but neater/better. There has been a breakage in the past, but MM did not hesitate to pay the replacement cost, and that made me a continuing customer. The team does a very good job each time, and I do call it in and let management know which team it was. Much appreciated.

Merry Maids are very dependable. I find the products are gentle with no unpleasant chemical smells. I have a very sensitive nose and I often have coughing when I come into contact with harsh cleaning products. This never happens after the maids have cleaned my house.
Even though it is not part of my cleaning contract, the maids sometimes have put bed linens on my bed if I have had to leave for work in a rush and left bed linens out with the intention of putting them on myself when I return from work. I think I have been using the Maids for 15 years now and I have never been disappointed. I am especially fond of the supervisor Erzika who works out of the Gaithersburg office on North Frederick Ave. She is a fine person.

I get home and it is done. I started using the service afetr I hurt my hip and the injury preventing me from vacumming and stuff but I continue to use the service even after I an better.
