I like that if a product is too strong or not right for the surface it's used on, Merry Maids listens and adjusts to a different product more suitable. I like that for those imperfect moments, Merry Maids offers quick and satisfying resolution. I've met some of the workers over the years and they are all very nice ladies who do a very good job. I like the team concept; having one person oversee the final result. I've enjoyed the use of Merry Maids for almost 10 years, and will continue so long as it remains affordable to me.

They have high standards for cleaning plus there is immediate follow-up by a supervisor if there is a problem. The cleaners are kept on their toes by regular inspections by their supervisor. We use the Gaithersburg, MD franchise.

The team of ladies that come into my home always courteous and energetic.Even in these
extreme weather conditions ..We try to keep the AC and fans running. And heat in the winter
They seem to work well as team and our kitchen especially the sink and stove are especially
bright and shiny when they leave..We have first floor laundry room and it is a pleasure to
use it with the floor looking as nice as the rest of the house.

On time and do a basic clean well

Very professional and efficient and the women work very hard to clean the assigned areas. I also like that the areas of the house and what to clean is clearly communicated.
