The two women who most regularily come to clean my home, Olivia and Maria, are always very friendly and cordial, but get right down to business. They work as a team, are efficient and they work swiftly, yet they are very thorough. I appreciate that I can tell that my house is clean, but there is not any kind of overpowering bleach/pine/chemical odor - really there isn't a lingering "smell" of an kind. If my house "smells" like anything, it's CLEAN. And it looks clean too - everything is sparkling and shiny and just vacuumed. I am very happy with Merry Maids and the service you provide.

They do a fantastic job cleaning and don't get too upset when I have to move the day back because of other activities; all at a rate that doesn't break the bank.

The "Maids" are pleasant, go about their work, and leave my home smelling Merry Maid fresh. Furniture looks shiny, floors look clean, and house smells clean.

However, this last time they washed my kitchen floor and my athletic shoes kept sticking to the floor. Don't know what was different.

The maids are very hard workers and don't waste any time doing anything other than cleaning. My house smells and looks wonderful when they leave. They bring their own cleaning tools and products and my house literally shines after my monthly cleaning. I don't even want to walk on the carpets when they look so clean!

First of all, the team has a sensitivity to our needs and is responsive. Every home and every customer is different. We like the fact that the team members seem to enjoy their work and are glad to be of service to us. It makes a difference. After all, this is our home.

I have frequently recommended Merry Maids to my friends and will continue to do so. Years ago I had cleaning ladies do my housework. Then I switched to Merry Maids. Several differences became obvious. 1) There is an immediate positive response to any special requests I may make. 2) If I need a date changed they do their best to come when I wish.--this is different from a lone cleaning lady who can't switch dates because she has someone else assigned to that requested time. 3) If the lone cleaning lady is ill, I go without the house being cleaned since there is no one to replace her. No such problem with Merry Maids.

Through the years the staff that have been sent here have been speedy, efficient and quiet. As I have grown older the basic cleaning chores about the house are difficult for me to do. With Merry Maids I have a clean, organized home to live in. Thank you, Merry Maids.
