I have had the service of Merry Maids for many years and always with pleasure. Everything is left neat and tidy. Everything is back in place. I like the gold stickers on the paper towel and toilet tissue. The cat is never accidentally let out an open door. My bathroom fixtures shine. The living room hardwood floors shine. The carpeting has been thoroughly vacuumed. I would like to have service every week or every other week, but the monthly is affordable and is effective for just the two residents of my house.
Last week, I recommended Merry Maids to a new neighbor. I copied all of the other neighbors who she asked.
My only two iffy things -- and this is after 12 years of Merry Maid service -- are that the schedule often changes, and while I have asked for service to begin after 10 a.m. when my husband leaves for work, on two occasions a crew has entered the house while he is in the shower (!) The other thing is I've asked several times over the years for cleaning staff to not use any carpet deodorizers or scents, but occasionally they do use them. Last week they used a cinnamon version on the carpeting throughout the second floor hall and bedrooms, and it has annoyed me every time I go up there. The humidity or warmth of the house accentuates this odor and it smells bitter and chemical.

Consistency of staff services.

Your staff is exceptionally efficient and always responsive to any request I may have. The house looks wonderful after they leave. Not only are those working in my home efficient and anxious to do what I wish, but the staff at the office is equally cooperative and willing to adjust schedules and solve problems that may arise. And yes, I have often recommended Merry Maids to others.

The gals generally do a good job. They are great about the cats "helping" them.
