The service is solid B. If asked where improvements could be made, I'd say consistency is needed. I'm still waiting for the air vent to be cleaned--asked twice. I'm usually not there but once when I was I was surprised at how at how loud there cinversation was. But they are fairly young and perhaps somewhat inexperienced. Overall, I am pleased with the service and would ecommend to others. Thank you for asking for feedback.

I just love the lady they have chosen to clean my condo. Minerva is her name. It took time to find the right person but we found Minerva. Others did a terrible job - half clean - mop marks on walls - areas not touched. Set it up to see what was done and not. THEN CAME MINERVA!! She is just special and does such a terrific and thorough job for me. She cares and do you know how much that counts when a somewhat stranger comes into your home with no one there???????? It is most important to be able to trust and care about that person. Great service and whatever she uses is fine. Just love her !!! RL

The cleaning is usually done by a team. As a result the work is done fast and well. Sometimes the employees are not appropriately trained nor speak the language for easy communication. I use my own products.

I am absolutely satisfied and apreciative of the new friend I have made from Merry Maids group of employees. I just love love love the one special lady (Minerva)who comes to my home and helps me keep it clean every two weeks. She is just the sweetest and most important/wonderful/thorough/and special lady.
