The cleaning is thorough - for the most part. Sometimes, more attention could be paid to certain things like the kitchen floor. However, overall, I am very satisfied with Merry Maids. It is obvious they have respect for my home and are very careful when they are working there. I also feel fully comfortable giving Merry Maids full access to my home while I am at work.
The products used to clean my home are really good. They are totally effective and they don't leave any residual odors of slickness. My house looks great.

The house smelled cleaned upon my arrival home. Three ladies did a thorough job in less then an hour. AS usual, they arrived late.

The ladies were professional. By the time they, my kitchen looked spanking brand new. My powder room was spotless and living room as well as dinning were immaculate. I was impressed.
It was easy to schedule and there was immediate follow up. There was one challenge in that on the day of, my service was delayed (after confirming an earlier time the day prior). This did not cause any conflict as I had the day off. I'm thinking of scheduling monthly service but would need to ensure that the time could be kept as most days are not as flexible for me. The ladies who came to my home were friendly, efficient and made my place look great!

When special attention was requested for a particular area, they made sure it was taken care of and were eager afterwards to seek feedback to ensure it all met outlr needs. Very efficient and was surprised that they even washed the dishes and took out all of the trash and recycling.
I was able to call them and mt appointment was set the following day.
The team was fast, efficient and professional. I have no idea what products were used by I wish I could get my hands on some of them. Everything was sparkling clean and there was no oily or sticky residue.
