Something's been happening this past 2 cleaning periods. Only 1 person has been here to clean. It's unfair to ask 1 person to do everything. Is that the new standard and where is my Esmirna? I''m not very happy with this new development.

I love the fact that Merry Maids brings all of their own cleaing rags and supplies and vacuums. Therefore no clean up for me when they leave. House is always super clean and fresh smelling.
