The staff was courteous and the materials used were specific to each room of my house.

I thought Maria and Kem were very pleasant, thorough and efficient. My main concern was the hardwood floors, but they were cleaned perfectly. I was very pleased and request that they be permanently assigned to clean my home going forward.

Overall good service. The only issue I have so far is that the ladies are always at least 20 minutes late and I don't have a permanent crew, even though I requested one team.
