I also appreciate the management that the company provides: the reminder calls the day before, and the assurance that we will indeed have maid service on the day expected. There's no need for me to make other arrangements if someone is sick or otherwise unavailable. I am pleased that we almost always see Vanessa, and now we have seen Flora with her several times. The familiarity and consistency contribute to a very positive experience.

Luz and Astrid were friendly and professional. My house had been used as a rental and some of the dirt was years deep. Because of health issues, I was unable to do much before they arrived. Luz and Astrid started in as soon as they arrived and worked hard and vigorously for over four hours before they were done. They never took a break or slowed down. I have been admiring their work ever since they left and I can't tell you how much better I feel living in this house.
