It's just so nice to come home and find the house all clean and even smelling clean. For some reason the vacuum cleaner used pulls the yarn on some of the rugs...has happened in both the homes we have that are cleaned by Merry Maids. But other than that, the cleaning is thorough and fairly consistent, and I wish I'd started using Merry Maids a long time ago. Also, Merry Maids accommodates our occasional schedule changes without a problem.

Really like the call the day before with estimated time and names of who will be here, professionalism of everyone, clean, eco-friendly, not smelly or oily products, efficiency and quality of cleaners, reliability, and follow up and follow through if there is an issue. I love background checks and drug screening of workers, licensing and bonding, and especially that they provide benefits to the workers including workers compensation. Most of all, they do a fantastic job!

It is always done to my satisfaction and should I ask for some little thing I see to be done they always do it pleasantly and quickly. Also I feel free to leave and don't have to worry about them working here. They don't need supervision. As far as the products used I don't know what they are but the house always smells fresh and clean.

Due to the fact that I have animals in my home, I have requested the same team come as often as possible and this has been done as well as they can do it. My scared cat appreciates this and so do I.
