My team is wonderful. I have been with Merry Maids for several years and the company stands behind their service. Whenever I have an issue or concern they fix it or resolve it. They background check their employees, are licensed, bonded and insured, and they provide benefits for their employees. My team is eager to please. I am a 'picky' client with special requests, but they have never balked at anything I asked. They are always reliable, on time and work with my schedule. In the past I used independent people, but if I had a bad experience, or they moved on with their lives, I had to start over finding someone new and retraining them myself. With Merry Maids, they handle that. I don't worry about it. They are great!
