on a time schedule to hurry up and leave. They do a thorough job and will use your
particular product if you want. They are pleasant and timely. I am trying the gals on a once

I have used Merry Maids for about a decade. My home is large (4600+) square feet, two levels, multiple floor finishes (tile, carpet and wood). The home has a lot of natural light coming in and shows every floor spot, smears on dark granite countertops and stainless steel applicances...not to mention dust on wood and ceiling fans.. Unfortunately, I cannot afford a weekly or even bi-weekly cleaning, so I keep things up on a weekly level myself, but cannot get the floors myself any longer to do aging body. I have very tall ceilings, and two full levels of living, five bathrooms, a full bar area. So, it is a hard home to clean.

I do my best to make cleaning resos in advance. They assigned a team leader to me, and she usually brings two other cleaning ladies (sometimes a man) with her and it normally takes them about 3 hours to get it done. That would basically transfer into a couple of days by myself. Once in a while they will miss something, as in not wiping down the outside of kitchen cabinets or dusting ceiling fans, but overall they get it done to my satisfaction. And if I point out something in advance they make sure and get it taken care of.

The home was brand new when we moved in and after 11 years, is starting to show its age with nicks in wood window trim, well-used kitchen cook top, etc...but with their help, it still shines when cleaned well.

I just received confirmation from my landlord that the cleaning Merry Maids did was fantastic! I needed a cleaning company to do a deep clean on a rental house I was moving out of. I feel I was charged appropriately for the job and I’m super satisfied with the results.

They are professional, yet friendly. The products make everything shine. The house looks so clean.

I tried to submit a response to your earlier request but couldn't make the return work! I like that I've had Summer for the two times I've had Merry Maids and she is an excellent captain.
She thoughtfully planned what each of them would do and kept them on schedule. I hope you will continue sending her as she is able to properly direct her helpers so that it all gets done in fine manner and good time.

All of the "Merry Maids". Are efficient , careful, polite and friendly. It's like having a non-judge mental friend come and clean your house! They do a great job, and they never tell . They always ask if there is something special that needs to be done. Every Merry Maid that has cleaned for me has been wonderful.
