I especially like the same team members coming each time. I know feel comfortable when I am not home, and yet know my home is safe and being well care for! I also appreciate the time line given the day before. My husband and I often work from home, and it's nice to know when the team is expected...we like to stay out of the way :)

I love a clean house that just magically appears once the maids come and go!

The ladies are always on time within the scheduled window, They are always friendly with their greeting, they accomplish their tasks in a timely efficient manner.

Everything! The team that comes to my home is pleasant, well organized and very efficent. I am thrilled with the job they do! The only suggestion I would make (which is a very minor one) is that I would like to see a product that does a better job on the shower door in removing soap residue.

It's consistent.

As in any other service provider, it's all about people and how well they make your home shine. Sandra and Abigail are exceptional employees, and they deserve medals and a big salary increase for making each visit a "special" job. They don't like to talk much (because they want to finish their respective jobs in high quality, but they're not sullen when they do talk. I only wish they would be my particular "Maids" every month, although Becky and Maria do a good job of their clean-up work, too. Additionally, I like your vacuum cleaners (both the portables and uprights). Maybe it's because they're used properly by Abigail and maybe because they seem to do the job. Ditto re the floor shine for the hardwood floors. All in all, I'm very satisfied with Merry Maids and only wish I can use them next year. Unfortunately, it's a question of money and the expenditure of same. However, fortunately, I don't need to give them up entirely. I plan to keep turning to Merry Maids on a quarterly basis so I can enjoy the services even more!

Proactive alert to time of cleaning; flexibility to change schedule when necessary; very friendly office staff (when alerting me to time or when I need to make a change); professional and CONSISTENT cleaning staff; cleaning staff is respectful of me and my home; service is great -- my home is clean when they are done!
