I receive good and consistent service when promised. I like having confirmation the day before of the time service will be provided. The products used have a mild and pleasant smell.

The maids are professional, timely and thrifty yet efficient. My only wish is that the atmosphere smelled better after the service was over. I'm allergic to mold so I am extra sensitive to musty odors. I predict the towels and sponges the maids use are not cleaned well enough between each time they are used or the stash is not replenished frequently, so as a result the "permanent" odor in the towels and sponges get re-released each time they are used. It's also possible that wet dirty towels stay in bags for long periods of time in the maids' car or in transit back to the headquarters before they get washed. Once a moldy odor gets "branded" in a towel, that's it--very difficult to remove it.

I like having the same people come to my home...they know my home and I feel secure knowing them when I can't be home. Their work is excellent and yet effiecent. I also like the email notice the day before as to when they will be arriving to clean.

Like the fact that when we ask them to do something, it is done. They do a great job.
