The attention to detail.

They do a good job most of the time. This past time they apparently ran out of time and left me a note about how long it took them to clean my house. I usually try to pick up ahead of time but was unable to this time due to work travels and family obligations. Sure enough, we just got notice that our rate has been raised $20. They didn't dust behind the pictures and a couple of months ago they didn't dust the living room at all. I know I could have called and had them come back out, but I didn't want to do that so I just did it myself. They also broke a flower pot my daughter made for me, but at least they left a note about that. There have been times that we've just found things broken with no note. Don't get me wrong, we love Merry Maids and Len is great to work with. This past month's cleaning was just hard.

Merry Maids do a great job! My furniture shines after they've been here and my carpets look good. I appreciate them ever so much!

I had a great crew last visit. The gals both worked very hard and things looked and smelled clean.
The staff just frequently miss the base boards on deep cleaning day. Otherwise do well.

Young ladies are conscientious in their work, they re very friendly. We are pleased with the way our home looks when they leave. The liquid used on our hardwood floors makes them sparkle and shine.
