They do a good job most of the time. This past time they apparently ran out of time and left me a note about how long it took them to clean my house. I usually try to pick up ahead of time but was unable to this time due to work travels and family obligations. Sure enough, we just got notice that our rate has been raised $20. They didn't dust behind the pictures and a couple of months ago they didn't dust the living room at all. I know I could have called and had them come back out, but I didn't want to do that so I just did it myself. They also broke a flower pot my daughter made for me, but at least they left a note about that. There have been times that we've just found things broken with no note. Don't get me wrong, we love Merry Maids and Len is great to work with. This past month's cleaning was just hard.
