Scheduling commitment; professional cleaning with a personal pride in their approach -- after a cleaning, my house looks like I had actually cleaned it (only much better!) instead of someone that didn't live there. Can't seem to find the words to say what I want to say but my house always looks like someone cleaned it who had a vested interest in it and that it belonged to them. They take great care to make the house look comfortable and homey.

Products: the HEPA vacuum cleaners are excellent in actually removing the dust, not just moving it around. Otherwise, we appreciate your complying with our request to use plain water for cleaning rather than chemical compounds.
