After the initial blip in our communication (no return to a phone message I left), I found it very easy to work with the scheduler. The staff that came to clean were very pleasant, thorough, detailed and efficient.

Merry Maids called the day before showing up at our home and were on time. The people answering the phone at Merry Maids were delightful and accommodating;answering all questions. The cleaning products used were not offensive to our sense of smell.

Having been assured that the products are eco-friendly, I am satisfied with them! The MM who clean our house have been terrific. They are thorough. I like the ease of scheduling with your office and that you automatically charge my credit card. I also like the e-mail reminder I receive before an appointment. It's also very good that I can call the office and ask for something extra, or point out something that needs attention. Great service!

The women who came to my house were very hard workers and the work that they did was excellent! I'm not sure how they got the faucets and the stainless steel so clean but I would love to know what products were used for that.

Team was very thorough and polite. My only criticism is that they kept their tools, vacuum and bags so spread out that they blocked my ability to easily walk in hallways or around the kitchen. Would suggest that they try to keep things a little ore consolidated, for safety.

They are quick and efficient. If something was overlooked, I just call and it is taken care of the next time.

The ease. MM does a very precise job of cleaning. They don't stop until they're done. Products used do not fill the air with chemicals and they work better than the products I use. I work out of town, have 2 sons, and help care for my elderly parents. Some things have to be sacrificed. Cleaning doesn't have to be one of them with MM.
