I have used less expensive house cleaners, and they do a great job the first three or four times they come. Then their work starts to slack off. Merry Maids they are consistently professional and reliable, and the House feels deep-cleaned each time.

When work is consumated..have the team leader review work with customer before they leave (checklist) to verify immediate customer concerns or satisfaction.....fast little walk through.
So any customer concerns Can be addressed before they leave.

Merry Maids arrived in the middle of a move-out from our condo, with movers still moving furniture and other items. They cheerfully worked around the movers and did a remarkable job making our beloved condo clean and beautiful. When they were done, the place smelled clean and fresh, not like cleaning solutions.
