House is clean when I arrive.

The women who came to provide service at our home were great. It was obvious the communication between me and the office had been clearly shared with the staff that come to our house, which I really appreciated. They did everything we'd talked about and I was very, very happy with their work. Regarding the products they used - seems great. They did what they were supposed to and did not leave any strong or unpleasant odors as some cleaning products can.

So far house cleaners are reliable and efficient. The house smells and looks clean after cleaners leave. Everyone has been pleasant, friendly and helpful.

My home always smells very clean.

Relationships deepen when there is turbulence, or at least when handled correctly. We had an issue a couple months back and the manner that it was addressed in was superb! Proactive communication, and I didn't have to ask them to do what was right they just did it. Kudos to this branch of Merry Maids!

The ladies do a very good job of cleaning my house. They use vinegar and water to clean my floors and bathrooms. Very nice job.
