Good workout in a short time
I love the one on one training. Suzanne is wonderful, and she really listens to me and makes accommodations for my pain, if I am having some. She is great, and hopefully, I will continue to get stronger, with better balance and have less pain. Jen has also done a great job filling in, when Suzanne isn't there. .I love the time flexibility.
It is fun to see my progress each time I am there.

The coaches are so friendly and knowledgeable. It only takes 20 minutes to feel like you have really worked out and you only have to do twice a week. The best is that you see results in you in the toning of your muscles and in weight loss.

Effective workout in 20 minutes
Regular workouts and it only takes 20 minutes, 10 minutes from my house. It’s very convenient. I also like that the machines adjust for my up and down days. So I wont injure myself on a “down” day by trying for too much weight based on results from an “up” day. The trainers are all nice and personable. Because of all of this, it’s easy to stay committed, which I have been for 10 months now.
The coaches are knowledgeable and motivating. Only exercising for 20 minutes and still seeing results is great.
