I appreciate that the workouts are short - it's easy to keep motivated. And even with the quick in-and-out, I am still getting results. There are plenty of times to work with my varying schedule, and all of the coaches are knowledgable and personable! My insurance picks up a portion of the cost, which is something I would not have considered without the coaches suggesting I check into it.

The encouragement the staff provides each and every time I am there. They always make sure I am using the machines correctly so I don’t get hurt.

Very clean studio. Very well trained trainers that develop a plan to meet your individual fitness needs. I was skeptical that it was possible to gain strength in 20 minute workouts but pleased to say I was wrong and amazed how much strength I have gained since starting. It is great to gain strength in a safe environment under professional supervision especially for someone like me at 72 years old. This is the best decision I have made since retiring to feel younger and enjoy life again.

The coaches, they are so encouraging, supportive, fun. Make working out enjoyable but they till push you hard to perform your best. I love how easy it is to schedule a workout! Always plenty of times to pick from!
