I was delighted with this last cleaning -- both my kitchen and bathroom were sparkling clean, even washed my dish drainer and thoroughly cleaned my shower head and shower curtain. And the apartment always smells fresh, without the "heavy" cleaning odors. Thank you so much! I highly recommend Merry Maids.

Thus far the teams I have met have been thorough, friendly and very eager to have their clients satisfied with their work. To come into someone’s home, clean it as if it were there own and then ask if everything is satisfactory is a difficult one. They work so hard. The overall experience was a 10. There is one thing I would suggest when cleaning the tile in the kitchen, is to rince the floor after the initial cleaning. The floor had a loud "sticky" noise when the tile dried. Either the cleaning solution was too strong or the floor needs a rinse. I tried to give the floor a rinse after the crew left and it did not make a difference. So if there was a different cleaning solution the crew could use that would be great. Everything else was awesome!
