Easy in easy out drivers were so friendly positive and helpful! The gate attendant when we entered was also friendly. I felt secure in leaving our car there with the security fencing. I would definitely use them again at midway.

Our driver Soloman was exceptionally helpful. He droppes us directly at our car and actually helped put the bags into the vehicle! It was extremely convenient.

It was convenient, fast and friendly service. I had 1 light bag leaving and 6 heavy bags upon return and never once did the driver sigh or complain.

We like your service and have been regular customers for many years. You should know that it took too long to return from the airport yesterday. First we had to wait for the bus and then it took about 10 minutes before the trip to your lot started.

All your drivers are very nice and helpful. One female who works the front booth always has a bad attitude. Guests don't know to wait before pulling forward after a car has checked out and she gets very mad at the guest. Shakes her head at them and waves her arms while almost yelling at you. Happened our last 2 exits at midnight or later. Last night happened at 1:30 am.
