There's not a long wait time to catch a shuttle. Parking spot #s are clearly marked. Drivers always remind us to take a picture of our ticket and parking spot # just in case.

Shuttles are always quick in the parking lot on the way to the airport. Shuttles are usually quick when being picked up, too. Prices are right, they have a loyalty program, and they run specials often.

Always friendly one problem was there was only one attendant to check people out the driver in front of me, obviously had some issue which created a back up of several cars and the wait of 10 minutes for the person in front of me to exit the facility. Took way to long

I've been using the valet services and I think everyone there does a great job. I like parking there because everyone makes things easy.

However, I think the switch from being picked up at North parking underneath to on top is not great. It took forever for the bus to get there (even though you could see it in the line) and by the time it did, there were 25 people waiting to get on the bus and not everyone was able to get on. I'm sure those that had to wait for the next shuttle were very frustrated.
