I am a regular Park n Fly customer and have a few comments. The main issue is that the lot is often full and I cannot get a reservation even though I have status. The next thing is that the past couple times I have flown out, you all seem to be shorter staffed than you used to be. No one checking in cars that are coming and for a while and there seems to be a longer wait for the bus to the airport.

Another thing, not about MIA but terribly sad the FLL lot closed.

Clean and efficient transportation to Hopkins Airport. I really enjoy the extra services such as the car wash on exit as well as a cold bottles water!

Friendly people. Close to airport. One suggestion. This was my first time using park and fly. I may have missed it, but it would have been helpful to have something guiding me in the parking and pickup process prior to my arrival, especially how much "extra" time to allow for parking there and getting to the airport. I wandered the parking lot for a few minutes then headed towards "the tower" where someone saw me and acknowledged me. We then had to drive around the entire lot picking up other passengers. It was a bit stressful as it was getting uncomfortably close to our departure time. We made it through TSA and to our gate in time for boarding.

your drivers are courteous and helpful. Rarely do I have to wait a long time to get picked up from my car and taken to the airport, nor upon my return. Things are always super easy parking here.
