One point I would make is that not being a frequent flyer we had no idea where the silver area was for pick up. Finally a worker helped us out. My suggestion is that customers be provided with that information along with the other information about your services. If it was provided, and I missed it, my apologies.

Park N Fly has always been the place we park our car. However, it is very hard to get our Triple AAA discount. The last two times we parked there no one was there to take out receipt and give us our discount.
Efficient. The pickup driver was funny. The ease of paying, parking and pick up made our trip less stressful. This was my first time flying, so to be dropped off exactly where I needed to be at was great.
