Booking a reservation on the site was easy. The valet option and airport shuttle service are very convenient. Staff was very courteous.

Very friendly staff. It was so nice to be greeted with a smile and a pleasant attitude after a long flight. The shuttle driver was very smooth with their driving and the cashier at the Park & Fly ramp was very helpful in assisting me. An overall great experience!

simple. All done on-line. (and I am 75 !)

I do wish the
'scan' thing would be prioritized as MUST BE NEEDED to get out.
I had paid...had my #....BUT had to search thru my bags for that SCAN image.
I know...my bad....did I say I am 75 and not used to this stuff?
I just 'assumed' (I know...) that I could just type in my number and your computer would know me know I had paid...and the gate would lift.

The Park n Fly website was easy to use as was the entire self check in and check out process.
It was my first time using Park n Fly and was impressed with the ease of the process. But just as important as the ease of process are the courteous, helpful associates I encountered.
I will definitely be using Park n Fly again!

The staff is Professional. The facility is neat and the parking spaces are a good comfortable size. Your pricing is great and not filled with surprises or loopholes. You pick up from the airport in a timely manner. On my last trip you were already there when I got to the pick up area. The site is extra easy to use when booking. I think you are amazing.
