Great customer service by each of our drivers. In addition, we had our car keys stolen while on vacation. The company was great at helping us through a solution so that when we returned we were able to pick up our spare keys (which a friend dropped off at the office for us) and leave without any issue/gap. Such a great relief after a stressful trip. Thank you!

Open 24 hours less than 5 minute wait both directions and i had a 6am departure and 10:30pm return and friendly and helpful employees

I like the proximity of Park ‘N Fly to the airport. The shuttle drivers are phenomenal. It is an easy transition from the back of your vehicle to the front door of the airport, and then from the exit of the airport back to your car. Oh, the free car wash is an added bonus.

The location is very convenient with pick up service on arrival to the parking facilities quick. Pick up at terminals can still be unpredictable at times. I have noticed that the bag assist service by the drivers has gone down (most likely with some drivers). Most are reluctant to come down all the way from the bus to get your bag. When you have a suitcase, carryon bag and personal item, help is needed so you don't leave an item unattended. Just an observation.

The online reservation and payment is simple. Arriving, parking, and being picked up by the shuttle is fast. The card given by the shuttle driver with your parking space and return pickup informations is genius. Picking up the car at the end of a trip is simple and convenient.
