I am very pleased with your services with one exception

This trip I made a reservation and paid before the trip. I checked out within the appropriate time. However, the person at the exit station tried to charge me a higher fee on top of what I had already paid! Not cool! I had all my paperwork and pointed out that it was already paid through that date and time and then he corrected himself and said I was ok. Also, I had phoned your company from another state that same day and already verified the amount I had paid at the time of the reservation was good until the following day at a particular time. So, I was really surprised when the guy at the gate tried to charge me again and at a higher rate and then said I was ok with the reservation fee. Very strange. Almost suspicious. Hope it was just an innocent mistake...

No waiting around. Y'all are there to pick us up almost immediately.

Very observant of incoming cars. Tower enables them to follow cars and direct buses to pick passengers up quickly. I have parked in other lots where I waited and waited to be spotted and picked up after I parked my car. One time I even had to call them on my cell to tell them I was there, and give them my location. Park and Ride has enough buses that you are picked up promptly, and they have enough customers that it doesn't take long to get a full bus and be on your way. And for the same reasons (plenty of buses and customers), you have only a short wait at ground transportation at the end of your trip. And finally, they are located close to airport, so get you to the terminal quickly. Will never park anywhere else.
