Your staff is great !! The shuttle was right there as soon as I landed and came outside with my heavy suitcase which they lifted up for me ..... and the lady that offered me a water as I was leaving. The entire experience was perfect for an old lady that doesn't travel much. Hats off to you guys for making me feel unafraid and secure. Thx so much !

Park n fly was excellent with transportation to the airport at 6am and with our return flight 1130 pm!! It was great being picked up and dropped off right at your car! We also liked that there was someone at the gate to help you scan in as kiosk scanner was not reading the QR code from phones when we got there. I would definitely use park n fly again and also recommend to friends and family!! Job well done 👍

You're drivers are great and I love this offering. Last night I got in very late from a work trip and your driver was waiting at the designated pickup for me. He not only helped me get on the bus but helped me as I was exiting the facility. The drivers and the entrance/exit staff are always very helpful and so kind and I appreciate it so much, since traveling for me is not common and very stressful. It is always a relief to know that your staff will help me get to and from the airport anytime. I will never park anywhere else when traveling.
