LOVE the lunch specials!
I grew up in Winston Salem and was in town visiting family. I decided to stop at my favorite childhood wing spot with my cousin and we agreed that this was the worst service we’ve experienced in a long time. We also brought my 2 year old godson with us. They weren’t very busy inside but the server was all over the place, had to remind her multiple times for different things after already requesting them once (straws, refills, napkins, sides, etc.) i ordered the new spicy margarita and after 15 minutes i stopped her and asked her if my drink was still coming (also if we could finally order) and she said the bartender was “making it now” then proceeded to ask me “what did you get again?” Once i remind her she goes to the bar and brings me back a the margarita but it didn’t have any garnishes described on the menu. When i asked her if i could have the drink on the menu, she said the bartender (a very older white male) told her to tell me “all of the drinks ingredients are in the drink so I’ve got what i ordered” in all reality, this was probably the moment i should’ve spoken to the manager , but i don’t even know if a manager was on duty at all because no one came by our table to see how “things were going” at any point of our meal. After 19 minutes of waiting to order, we were finally able to place our requests. We waited for a long time, about 20 minutes later, the server comes up to inform me that the location was out of the appetizer corn i ordered and asked if i wanted something else, i said no, but when are our actual meals coming out. Confused why im being informed about an appetizer 20 minutes after its been ordered to know im not going to get it. She said the food should be out in “ 2 minutes” …. So 6 minutes later, our room temperature wings came out and none of our sides or dipping sauces by a different server . Our actual server came back to the table and asked “besides napkins, what else can i get yall?” I began the list “napkins, refills, the sauces, my celery, her chips—“ she blamed the kitchen staff for not having everything. I’ve worked in food service as well as hospitality for almost 15 years now, and i know that although it is BOH responsibility to prepare the food, it is FOH responsibility to ensure it’s right before it comes to the table. It is also their responsibility to check on their tables and inform management when a customer experience is turning for the worse. The last time i visited this location, there was a lady by the name Michara who was phenomenal. I believe she was a manager, at least that’s how she carried herself. I don’t know what happened to her, but someone should contact her and inquire if she’s interested in returning. My favorite part of every experience at an East Coast Wings is the skillet cookie. I didn’t order one solely of the expectation of something going wrong with it. I don’t recommend this location at ALL until they do a fresh training session with EVERYONE. The bartender is lazy and rude, the servers are clueless and the management is non-existent.

My experience was great! The food options were plenty! Everything tasted good and the drinks were on point too! For a Monday it wasn't crowded at all and we were able to sit, eat, laugh and have a good time!

The wings were undercooked and with no mild sauce on them. I threw them out. The worst wings I have ever bought.

Online ordering has nowhere to change or modify order like changing dressing on salads
Nothing, your wings are great! I'm just not one to recommend things unless asked. Family also lives out of town.

The food is great and the staff is so nice, but it takes forever and I regularly have a mistake in my takeout order.
Not impressed with this ECW+G. With my boss being a former half owner of an ECW+G, I know the ins and outs of the corporation. While the food was great, the service was so, so. The whole place is tired and the women's bathroon had a foul smell coming from it. Took a while for the food to come out considering there were only 2 other people in there at the same time. Not impressed with the servers standing at the bar on their cell phones drinking Starbucks. I get it; good help is hard to find, but you can still keep your standards. The server who waited on us was friendly and did bring us water a few times.

I'll be honest. It's too expensive and the flavors are better at Zaxby's. I tried the Teriyaki Ginger and the Bourbon. It was $20+ for 10 wings - fries and a drink.
A wings and things is around $12.
I don't plan on coming back.
As always, my order was very good, taste wise, servings were enough to fill our needs, order was correct and on time for pickup.
I also appreciate the Birthday gift, that I took advantage of, also we order at least 1-2 times monthly from the New Garden, Greensboro, NC location.
Customer service is also very good, as the employees that I come in contact with. always seem to be glad working at this location.

Of course the food is great but the staff is the deciding factor for me. They are awesome. Always friendly. The bar manager Randy is very professional yet outgoing. He always has a smile on his face and represents your company very well
The waiter that attended me and my sister and nephew who happened to be a three yeat old handful . He was awesome and extremely attentive and constantly asking if we needed anything i was in a wheelchair and he made sure i was very comfortable. I hope i get him every time we go
