How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The wings were good but the salad I ordered was terrible. It seemed like the lettuce was just washed and put in container as there was about 1/2 cup water in with salad so the whole salad was soggy even though I tried to drain it and wipe it out with a paper towel and the avocado used was not ripe and had to be thrown out.

What could we do to improve?

I ordered the grilled shrimp tacos. Sauce was watery shrimp tasted liked it was microwaved. Rubbery and small like salad shrimp.

What could we do to improve?

1. Post specials and any events on social media (great to have karaoke, music trivia, etc)

2. A game or 2 would be great. Golden Tee or Shuffle board

Waxhaw has great, friendly management and staff

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Waitress was not attentive. We had to ask 3 times to get our drinks filled. We had to constantly get her attention for anything we needed. Napkins, silverware etc.
Ended up asking other servers for help.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I placed an order for 15 wings online but called in to add 10 extra wings to the order. The price for 15 wings is $19.99 and the price for 25 is $29.99. The lady at the store charged me $15 for the 10 additional wings instead of the price for 25

The staff in Hickory is some of the friendliest around. The food is always good. The only thing I would change is to not put my chips touching my wings because the sauce gets on them and makes them soft. (This was an online to-go order)
