Good food and good service.
More staff is needed and speed of service was horrendous.

Service was very slow. I 1st ordered fried pickles and a tall draft. That was fine but it took her awhile for her to get back to me.
I always order about 25 to 50 wings. They range from insanity to mild but if my tea glass gets empty there then I had to wait for her to come around. She was also the bartender and I sat in a booth nearby. It was not busy when I got there. Then Later she had a crowd. All in all I frequent the Goldsboro
East Coast Wings. They all know me there.
I just think maybe I might be a bit biased.
But all in all the food was good and you were out of Celery.

Wings are always fast fresh and tasty. Although when I order the bang bang online the local store gets the order as black and blue and I have to take them back everytime!
My husband and I always enjoy our trips to East Coast wings. Everything is great from food to service.

On the last order they gave us burnt chips.

I picked up takeout (went inside because no one brought curbside out - this is an ongoing issue at this location) order didn’t seem to have enough boxes, I started to check and staff stopped me and assured me everything was there. Got home and was missing appetizer. No one answered calls (I assume because it was busy dinner time), so I emailed to report missing item and seek refund. No one has responded and no refund has posted to my credit card.
I have ordered curbside for others with mobility issues or with children or animals in the car, so they don’t have to get out of the car, and they’ve reported back that they’ve sat outside in the spot for 15-20mins after pickup time has passed, while they see staff has seen them through the glass door, and no one ever comes outside. After the food has sat for that time, they’ve picked up meals that are lukewarm and soggy. Definitely not a great experience (especially after I’ve talked up how good the food was) and seems to be the norm at this location. I have experienced it myself several times. I’ve witnessed others pull up wait a while and give up and go inside too. It doesn’t appear to be an issue of short staffing, as when they’ve/we’ve gone inside, there are always 3-4 staff standing there.
Didn’t used to be an issue here at all (curbside and takeout used to be really great), but as it’s very common now, it is a deterrent. If curbside is not a service offered, it should be removed as an option and stated inside pickup only. Missing items should be addressed and/or refunded timely.
Otherwise, food is always good. Great to eat in or order when you have multiple folks with different tastes, as there are so many wing flavor and heat options, and other dishes. Kitchen staff is on point, takeout/hosts, could use a refresher (this coming from someone with vast prior experience in the service industry, so always give the benefit of the doubt and the last to voice a complaint).

I love the food here but was disappointed in my order last night. I ordered two quesadilla’s, one was mild and one had heat. They quesadilla’s were not marked as to which one was which, so two people ended up with the wrong quesadilla. One of the quesadilla’s were not cut (not at all) but the other one was. Both quesadilla’s were really greasy and completely fell apart as soon as they were picked up. The cheesesteak was good, but the funnel cake fries were mostly hard as a rock and inedible. The quesadilla and funnel cake fries are usually part of my order from you and it is typically terrific, but last nights meal was extremely disappointing.
Need a debit card machine you can see.(screen was out)had a yellow colored pen for me to sign(wth) otherwise great wings.great service.i will be back.
We love to sit in the bar area at the high top tables. This night the tables were very sticky and not clean.
Maria, our server was pleasant, prompt and answered our questions pertaining to the menu, knowledgeably.
We have been enjoying this ECW location for many years. Sanitation overall needs drastic improvement in order for us to continue to patronize this location.
Your wings are the best. Nice size, so many sauces to choose from. Love the carnival fries.
