I like the man named James who sprays our property every three months for ants. He is very professional and very polite. As long as you have people like James representing your company, I will continue to recommend Bugout to other people.

Thorough service inspections. Very detailed notes and descriptions of what the Bug Out technician completed during the inspection. Left all of this information on a report ... Very considerate to include this, especially because I could not b at home when the inspection was completed. Fair and reasonable rates, also!

Our service tech, Raymond, is very personable and offers help if we need it. We've only been here 10 months, but have had no issues other than the typical pesty sugar ants. Ray did extra treatment for them.
