David was very thorough in clearing the webs from the areas that are difficult to reach. He always inquires about any problems, and he treats the specific problem areas in order to eliminate seasonal pests and prevent problems through the season.
Was double charged for my termite application. Was told that they would try and stop the payment process. But guess what they didn't stop it. I called Saturday and was told someone would contact me from the Clinton, NC office. Today is monday and I haven't heard from anyone. I tried to call and I assume that they are closed today for the holiday. NOT HAPPY

The services are great. The technician comes out to spray. Very friendly, helpful, and patient. He explains what he is doing and sometimes doesn't mind doing a little extra. He does a good job in spraying where needs to be sprayed. Haven't had to call him back, but says he will come back to spray again if needed.
I appreciate the reminders you send out to make sure our termite contract remains valid.
I also appreciate the thoroughness of your employees. They arrive on time, they are familiar with our history and they make sure I understand any of their findings as well as suggestions on how to address from least to most expensive. No high pressure sales.
