All of the trainers here are amazing. The yogasculpt class here really kick your butt and you feel stronger after every single class. The music is on point, they push you to your limit, and you feel amazing after. I swear by Corepower

I really like the classes but the fact that the doors are locked as soon as class starts can be really frustrating. The other night police and an accident were blocking the entrance to the parking lot and although I had left plenty of time to get there, I was about 2-3 minutes late and the doors were locked. Another woman came behind me having experienced the same issue. We banged on the doors and were eventually let in but it would be nice to have even a 5 minute grace period.

Skilled instructors, nice facility with easy parking and helpful amenities, lots of classes to choose from at convenient times, and many convenient locations. I live in Bmore and work in DC so I can frequent locations in both which I really appreciate. I would appreciate fewer hot classes though, I like to sweat but don't like to be drenched:)

How spacious the studio was, how awesome the yoga instructor was!

Sculpt- I like how the instructors can decide what to focus on, what moves, and what music for each class. Every day is different and challenging in its own way, never repeats, it never bores and I always leave hot, sweaty, and feeling strong.

Did my first session here with McKenzie (CP1) and it was AMAZING!!! Not only a group work out, but also a meditative flow. Plus she did the BEST hands-on adjustments multiple times throughout the class. I've been doing yoga for a few years but this was really one of the most personal classes that I've ever done. 10/10 -- would highly recommend!

Amazing class per usual. I love the Hot Power Fusion classes with Eric.

Love the HPF class, would love it if there were more of those offered:)
