I love everything about this CorePower. Clean, easy to find a spot in the class (not like OTF!), convenient class times, AMAZING teachers. I especially love Wendy’s Friday night sculpt class- its the highlight of my week. Jenna is one of my favorites and I love the vibes she brings to each class, along with also Lisa, Megan, Kyioko, and so many others. Big fan!

I took my first class (Sculpt) with Hailey and she was wonderful! Extremely motivational and made me feel very comfortable in my first yoga class! I will absolutely return to CorePower and I highly recommend this class/location!
Teacher engagement means the world to a student! Jenna rocks! She remembers your name, her flow is challenging yet she is very encouraging, and her positivity and motivation leaves you only wanting more!

The instructors are great — I make sure to attend Jill and Maria’s classes as often as I can, but have not been disappointed by the other instructors I’ve had the pleasure of practicing with.
I love it so far. I’ve been going every single day for the past week to get a feel for different instructors - I love everyone. My only feedback would be for Regina to please be more mindful of her counting. I found myself getting really frustrated in her class because she would tell us “2 breath cycles” etc but then would talk or have us in the posture for 20-30 seconds which is way more than 2 breath cycles.

I’ve been taking classes at the Brewers Hill and Hampden location. I have to say I am over the moon with my experience! Before CorePower, I had never set foot in a yoga studio. I was extremely nervous about being unfamiliar with the poses and the practice in general. But Mellissa (BH), Jess (Hampden) and Wendy (BH and Hampden) have all made me feel so comfortable! The way they talk you through each movement and encourage you to listen to your body, there is never any pressure to move at a pace you aren’t comfortable with! I would highly recommend this studio to my friends and family. It had been an amazing experience so far and I can’t wait to continue my fitness journey with these amazing women! Thank you all so much!
