I really like the service you provide however, I was not happy with some of your technicians. I have camera around my house and I would watch how some of your technicians wouldn't even code the property completely with the application. They would run up once or twice then leave. I contacted the office to complain so it's gotten better. It's terrible to have employees that don't take there jobs seriously!! They only destroy the company brand they work for
I do want to point out the person who provided service for my trees/bushes he's so attentive of his job!! He have always made sure when applying the application it's done correctly!! He also has the best customer service!! Better keep him !!

Robert first rang the doorbell and we discussed what the issues were. The primary issue was with the rear yard having numerous weeds. We also discussed trying to thicken up the rear yard (like the front yard). Robert's plan of action was to get a soil sample and then apply weed treatment in the rear yard.
He was courteous and professional. He appeared to be knowledgable about these issues and spent a fair amount of time acquiring the soil sample, mixing the lawn treatment and then carefully and methotically applying the lawn treatment.
Robert also suggested watering the rear yard less than the front yard because of the shad tree.
Overall, I was very pleased with TruGreen's service, how quickly TruGreen responded and in particular the work in applying the weed control to the rear yard

Timely response
I met my lawn tech, Aaron on Thursday, 3/31/22 for my first lawn treatment of the season. Prior to his arrival, I requested that he either call me or ring the doorbell when he arrived so we could introduce ourselves. He did what I asked. Aaron explained what he was doing. We walked the property together. All the while, Aaron was professional, courteous and patient. I hope he will remain my lawn tech for the rest of the 2022 season.
