I appreciated Jerry Lillie's call today and his recommitment for Trugreen to improve my lawn. Currently there are a number of barren areas, but I have good expectations this will be addressed. I appreciate Jerry sharing his contact information and look forward to the early spring aeration and seeding. I will provide feedback to him on progress.

We have been steady customers for many of years and we appreciate the great service we get. The technicians are great, very helpful as they will listen to me to make sure they do the best job as well. If I have any questions or concerns about the work, Jerry Lillie, who is our Service Manager gets back to me will listen for any concerns I have. Jerry, as great service manager has stopped by if he sees us outside in our yard while on the road will give us suggestions and we thank him for that. We get many complements from friends, neighbors, and walkers we don't even know telling us our yard looks like a golf course. Once again, it's great when you have a service manager like Jerry Lillie who will stop, look and listen to our concerns and will communicate with you. Thank you again Jerry Lillie and TruGreen.

We have been a customer of TruGreen since the "ChemLawn" days and have been satisfied with the overall services. However, last year after having a major problem with our lawn, I was contacted by Darrell Collins, Service Manager from Windsor, Conn. Darrell assured me that he personally would come out to my home and inspect the problem. True to his word, the following day, Darrell met with me and within a few days a service technician started the treatment. During the next few weeks, Darrell personally contacted me and came out to our house several times and continued to take soil sample while reporting the results to us by phone.
In conclusion, I must comment that in all the years of being a customer, we have never had such "personalized service" as provided by Darrell - he has been extremely professional and very responsive to our needs, TruGreen should have more staff members like him.

He is an attentive listener and takes the time to recap any concerns I may have and always suggests a resolution before any conversation is terminated, It is clear when his service rep arrives at my home that he has been thoroughly briefed.
