Really good service and pricing
Consistency with the same/or close to same staff member showing up, staff making Notes so that they remember problem areas and can appreciate when change occurs. Appreciate the note on the door so we know what treatments have been performed. Also like the call ahead of time that a staff member will be servicing property.
Friendly and great service
I have tried a few other lawn care companies and did not have great results. I found TruGreen and my lawn looks great. They actually get rid of the weeds - something that became difficult once we had bans put on the chemicals used to treat weeds. Whatever TruGreen uses, it works!

Jobs are completed in my absencef from residence, however courteous note is written on billing form explaining services performed.
Calls to Trugreen office are professionally handled.
Prompt service upon request, good telephone people, knowledgeable technicians.
Your company is very professional, they always call prior to an appointment, then leave a note with all the things they've done during the application done that day.
Absolutly outstanding service. Our lawns will look like a golf course. Have used trugreen at three (3) different houses and the results are aways perfect. Many of my neighbors have switched to Trugreen I cant say enough good things about them....

Seemed to work this year (my yard was a mess - now it's great),
but in all fairness we did have a lot of rain (which certainly helped).
Your pricing is a little steep (no discounts this year - ouch!)

Lawn looking much greener; healthier and weeds problem is diminishing-
One of my requirements is that I be called prior to service to ensure my dog is in the house and the gate is unlocked. It was a problem with my previous service but you guys have got it right 100% of the time. That is important to me.
Also, I like the form the tech leaves after service telling me what's been done.
When I happen to be home when the tech arrives, he is always courteous, explains what he is doing, etc.
My lawn looked great this year.

I do like your service but whatever you are using for weeds it's not good enough, still have many weeds.
