When I moved to my new house last year the lawn was so bad with hundreds of weeds and dandelions that I was going to dig the whole lawn up, put on top soil and either reseed or put down sod. I decided to give TruGreen a chance and they came 3 times in the fall with weed and feed and this spring my lawn is amazing, thick and lush! Only frustration was contacting the main office and not being able to get through. Representative sent an email to the Head Office but there was no response back. Expected a return call but didn't receive it re: payment / service mis-match on the website.
Website could be more user friendly regarding services received each season. Should separate each season's services.
