Convenient. Excellent service on the phone re enquirers I would like to note that the services I receive were supposed to be communicated to me the day before and I usually get notified after. This is something that can be problematic. If I knew ahead of time it would be appreciated. Thx

Prompt, informative and thorough. I would however appreciate a courtesy call 24 - 48 hours BEFORE coming onto the property as access to the backyard is not possible unless someone is home to unlock the garage. Thank you.
