The techs who come to our house are always really professional, and polite. They do really good work, and show up when they're supposed to.
I asked your company to give me a telephone call before you come to my house for service.
I have a swimming pool in my backyard, therefore the gate to my backyard is always locked.
Most of the time I receive a telephone call, but sometimes my answering machine does not
receive the call. This resulted in your company coming to my house 2 times, I was not home,
therefore, a service was not able to be done, as my backyard gate was locked. A message
was left on my front door knob that my service call was not done, If I knew they were coming
my backyard gate would have been unlocked. I hope that I will receive these telephone calls
in the future THANK YOU FOR TRYING TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM FOR ME.

Service reps are cordial and professional. For the most part weed service is very good however I wish you had an application for crab grass.
Flexabilaty and no pressure
You would not believe the lawn we have now is the same one we had before we started with TruGreen. Before, the only reason it was green in the summer was because of the dandelion plants!
I like that we are told when a service is to be performed.

I have been very satisfied with your service, always on time and here on the day they say their going to be here weather permitting of course. If I have any issues I call them and they come right away to take care of the problem.

Your service reps are very friendly and informative. They do suggest other treatments available but are not pushy when we do not wish to partake in anything extra. They arrive on the day promised and if cannot proceed because of the weather, we are advised.

For over a year, I have not been satisfied with the weed controls... that said, TruGreen management (district and local managers) have done and continue to do what is needed to resolve the issue. All other lawn care applications have been successful and satisfactory.
Followups by phone or email are regular and suggestions are made inorder to continue supplementing the lawn care.
Like the fact that use come back if weeds aren't killed.
